We rarely cancel a performance prior to showtime. In the event that your performance is cancelled due to weather conditions, present your ticket to concession, gift shop or box office staff to obtain a rain check which you can use at any other performance during the current season or a subsequent season. Rain insurance is an additional option ($3) and must be purchased at the time you purchase your seat tickets.
If a performance is officially cancelled, an announcement to that effect will be made. Tickets for a cancelled performance will be used to obtain a rain check to be used for any performance during the season or the subsequent season. For those with purchased rain insurance, patrons should mail in their tickets and request a refund. Refunds will be processed for the value of the seat price, excluding applicable taxes and fees. Refunds are only given if insurance has been purchased and the show is cancelled. If patrons leave of their own volition and the show is not cancelled, no rain checks or refunds will be given. VIP tickets include rain insurance and are entitled to a refund on the value of the seat: $25 refund per adult ticket and $13 per child.
