Our Box Office is located on the grounds of the Daniel Boone Park at the top of the parking lot,
just at the entrance to the walkway leading to the Hickory Ridge Living History Museum and the amphitheater.
The Box Office is open on show days, Tuesdays through Sundays, from 1:00 p.m. until show intermission.

V. I. P. PACKAGE:
This is a great deal with tickets for only $45 for Adults and $25 for children 12 and under. These tickets include the Preferred Seating section ($10 value), a tour of our Hickory Ridge Living History Museum ($5 value), Rain Insurance ($3 value), a Souvenir Program ($5 value), Popcorn and Drink ($5 value), and a seat cushion (.50 value), for a total savings of $28.50!

Rain policy and rain checks:
In the event that the performance you are attending is canceled, an announcement will be made in the theater.
Just present your ticket to the Concession Stand, Gift Shop, or Box Office staff immediately after the cancellation to obtain a Rain Check, which you can use at any other performance during the current season or a subsequent season. NO rain checks will be issued via mailed-in tickets or next day pick ups. Rain Checks are valid only on canceled shows. If patrons leave of their own volition and the show is not canceled, no rain checks will be given.
Rain Insurance is included in the V. I. P. Package. General Admission ticket holders may purchase optional Rain Insurance. Only $3 per ticket, Rain Insurance entitles the ticket holder to a FULL REFUND of the price of the seat (excluding applicable taxes) when a show is canceled. Rain Insurance must be purchased at the time of the ticket purchase. Refunds are only given on show days after the show has been canceled and Rain Insurance has been purchased with the ticket. Patrons who purchased Rain Insurance should MAIL IN THEIR TICKETS and request a refund. If patrons leave of their own volition and the show is not canceled, no refunds will be given.

FRIENDS & NEIGHBORS WEDNESDAY NIGHT DISCOUNT: High Country residents and local Chamber of Commerce members receive a discounted ticket of $12. Must show proof of residency and purchase tickets at the ticket office the evening of the show.

Ticket holder voluntarily assumes all risks and danger incidental to the event for which purchased ticket are issued; whether prior to, during or after the event, including the risk of lost, stolen or damaged property, or personal injury, including death. Ticket holder agrees that the management, facility, participants and all of their respective agents, officers, directors, volunteers, and employees are expressly released by ticket holder from any claims arising from such causes. SAHA reserves the right to refuse entry, or remove from the premises, any person whose behavior is abusive or vulgar. Tickets will be forfeited without refund and revocation of future tickets or arrest is possible. The holder grants SAHA permission to utilize the holder's image or likeness in promotional photographs or video display without further authorization or compensation. No refunds. This ticket is a revocable license. Ages 4 and older require a ticket. SAHA reserves the right to limit large bags or similar items. Ticket holder consents to reasonable search of all items being brought into the facility. Firearms, weapons, or explosives of any kind are prohibited. Artificial noisemakers, umbrellas, outside food or beverage, coolers and ice chests are prohibited. Drinking intoxicants, smoking and abusive behavior will result in removal without refund. Unlawful sale, or attempted sale, subjects tickets to revocation without refund. Tickets obtained from unauthorized sources may be invalid, stolen, or counterfeit and can be voided.
