Show ticket information for the 2020 season:
The house gates open at 7:30 p.m. and the show begins at 8:00 p.m. The Hickory Ridge Museum opens at 5:30 p.m.!
Whether you order online or purchase your tickets in person or over the phone, the price is always the same.
All NC taxes, surcharges and/or fees are already accounted for in the price.
Our Box Office is located on the grounds of the Daniel Boone Park at the top of the parking lot, just at the entrance
to the walkway leading to the Hickory Ridge Living History Museum and the amphitheater.
The Box Office is open on show days, Tuesdays through Sundays, from 1:00 p.m. until show intermission.
Though you may purchase tickets online beginning in 2020, or you may call the box office during those hours at 828-264-2120.

V. I. P. Experience:
These seats are in the traditional mid-house and front VIP rows.
This is a great deal with tickets only $45 for Adults and Students, and $25 for Children 12 and under. These tickets include the Preferred Seating section, VIP Lanyard, Popcorn and Drink, Admission to the Hickory Ridge Living History Museum, VIP Red Carpet ticket lane, VIP Concession Window, early admission to seats, and a seat cushion! (Groups and Camps not eligible.)
Premiere GENERAL ADMISSION: Assigned Seats
These seats are in the lower general admission sections that are not VIP rows.
Adults $30, Students: $27, Children 12 and under: $20
general admission: First come, First Served
These seats are in the back three sections of the house, only.
Adults: $20, Students: $17, Children 12 and under: $15
Groups and camps ticket prices:
GROUPS: Tickets for groups are $17, all ages. To purchase group tickets online simply select your seats, once you select above 15 tickets the discount will be automatically applied. Or call the office for assistance.
CAMPS: Tickets for each camper are $10. Counselors’ tickets are free. Call the Ticket Office to make arrangements.

MILITARY, AAA, AARP: $4 discount, purchase at the ticket office and show proof of I.D.
FRIENDS & NEIGHBORS WEDNESDAY NIGHT DISCOUNT: High Country residents and local Chamber of Commerce members receive a discounted ticket of $12. Must show proof of residency and purchase tickets at the ticket office the evening of the show.
All Tickets include a $5 fee for cancellation insurance. In the event that the performance you are attending is canceled, an announcement will be made in the theater. Rain Check and Refund offers are valid only on canceled shows. If patrons leave of their own volition and the show is not canceled, no rain checks will be given.
RAIN CHECKS: You may obtain a Rain Check should the show be canceled at anytime before or after intermission. Just present your ticket to the Concession Stand or Box Office staff immediately after the cancellation. You can use the Rain Check at any other performance during the current season or a subsequent season. NO rain checks will be issued via mailed-in tickets or next day pick ups. Rain Checks are valid only on canceled shows.
REFUNDS: If the show is canceled BEFORE intermission you may obtain a refund for the Base Ticket Price. This refund DOES NOT include the up-charges to Premiere or VIP Packages. The base prices for all tickets are as follows: Adult: $15 , Student $12, Child: $10, Group $12, Camp: $5. You must MAIL IN your ticket with a refund request. Refunds will NOT be given the night of the performance and will be offered only on canceled shows.
As an outdoor venue we are subject to will of Mother Nature. Our commitment to you is that we will try our best to carry on with the show as long as the safety of our staff, our actors, our facility, and most importantly our guests are not in danger. Should we be experiencing weather prior to the start of the show, we will attempt to begin the performance up until 9:00 PM. Due to our license and town noise ordinances, we may not begin the show after 9:00 PM. Except for extreme circumstances, we will not make a decision on canceling a performance prior to 9:00 PM. To ensure your safety and the safety of our cast and crew we may hold the show briefly at any point during the performance and then begin again when conditions improve. A performance is considered complete if the performance has made it to intermission. ONLY SHOWS CANCELED BEFORE INTERMISSION are eligible for the Included Cancellation Insurance Refund. We will be happy to issue rain checks should a performance be canceled after intermission.
Ticket holder voluntarily assumes all risks and danger incidental to the event for which purchased ticket are issued; whether prior to, during or after the event, including the risk of lost, stolen or damaged property, or personal injury, including death. Ticket holder agrees that the management, facility, participants and all of their respective agents, officers, directors, volunteers, and employees are expressly released by ticket holder from any claims arising from such causes. SAHA reserves the right to refuse entry, or remove from the premises, any person whose behavior is abusive or vulgar. Tickets will be forfeited without refund and revocation of future tickets or arrest is possible. The holder grants SAHA permission to utilize the holder's image or likeness in promotional photographs or video display without further authorization or compensation. This ticket is a revocable license. Ages 4 and older require a ticket. SAHA reserves the right to limit large bags or similar items. Ticket holder consents to reasonable search of all items being brought into the facility. Firearms, weapons, or explosives of any kind are prohibited. Artificial noisemakers, umbrellas, outside food or beverage, coolers and ice chests are prohibited. Drinking intoxicants, smoking, and abusive behavior will result in removal without refund. Unlawful sale, or attempted sale, subjects tickets to revocation without refund. Tickets obtained from unauthorized sources may be invalid, stolen, or counterfeit and can be voided.
